These terms govern your use of airhoi.com and any eSIM plan you purchase from us. Airhoi is operated by YZ Telecom, based in Dublin, Ireland. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Airhoi, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Airhoi sells prepaid mobile data eSIM plans for travel, sourced through third-party eSIM suppliers. We are a reseller — the underlying mobile network coverage, speed, and availability are provided by the supplier's partner networks in each country, not by Airhoi directly. Coverage maps and speed claims shown on the site reflect information provided by our suppliers and may vary in practice.
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your email address up to date — it's how we deliver your eSIM and communicate about your orders.
Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable margin — there are no hidden fees added at checkout beyond what's displayed, aside from a coupon discount or credit you choose to apply. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal at the time of purchase; plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not auto-renew.
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code and installation instructions by email. Most plans activate automatically the first time your device connects to a supported network at your destination — validity (e.g. "30 days") is counted from that first connection, not from the purchase date, unless stated otherwise for a specific plan. Each eSIM and plan is intended for use on a single compatible device; data allowances, validity periods, and top-up eligibility vary by plan and are shown before purchase.
Because eSIM plans are digital products delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the eSIM has been installed or activated. If you haven't installed or activated your eSIM, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a refund. We may also issue a refund at our discretion if a plan fails to work as described due to a fault on our or our supplier's side.
Account credit earned from purchases (currently 5% of each order) does not expire and has no cash value — it can't be withdrawn or transferred. You choose whether to apply available credit toward an order at checkout; it's never applied without your choosing to use it. Coupon codes are subject to their own terms (minimum order value, expiry date, usage limits) shown at the time they're applied, and Airhoi may modify or discontinue any coupon or credit program at any time.
You agree not to use Airhoi to violate any law, resell plans commercially without our written agreement, attempt to circumvent usage limits or fair-use policies, or interfere with the operation of the site or our suppliers' networks.
The Airhoi name, logo, and website content are the property of YZ Telecom. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Airhoi is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including network outages, coverage gaps, or delays caused by our suppliers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page, and continuing to use Airhoi after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
