Airhoi ("we", "us", "our") is operated by YZ Telecom, based in Dublin, Ireland. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use airhoi.com or purchase an eSIM plan, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount collected automatically when you use the site.

Account information — name, email address, and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.
Order information — the plans you purchase, order history, and any coupon codes used.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
Device information — the device model you tell us when checking eSIM compatibility, and the ICCID of eSIMs activated on your account, needed to deliver and manage your service.
Technical information — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account
Process orders and deliver eSIM plans by email
Provide customer support when you contact us
Calculate and apply account credit earned on purchases
Send order confirmations and service-related emails (not marketing, unless you opt in separately)
Detect and prevent fraud
Improve the site based on how it's actually used

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. When you pay, your card or account details go directly to them — Airhoi's servers never receive or store your full payment details. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and a reference ID for that transaction.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember items like your session and cart. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We share data with third parties only where necessary to provide the service:

eSIM suppliers — to activate and provision your eSIM, we share the minimum information needed (typically just an order reference, not your full identity).
Payment processors — Stripe and PayPal, to process your payment.
Email delivery services — to send your eSIM and order confirmations.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

Data retention

We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and legal obligations. If you delete your account, we remove personal data beyond what we're legally required to retain (e.g. transaction records for tax purposes).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] — you can also update most account details, or delete your account entirely, directly from your account Profile page.

Children's privacy

Airhoi is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
